Helping Out is a quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. It is received in Colony 4, in Eagus Wilderness in the Fornis Region, during the main story.

Result

Colony 4 is revealed to be suffering from a shortage of medical supplies, but Taion seems to have a solution in mind.
