Gargoyle is a boss in Xenosaga Episode I - Der Wille zur Macht. It is the transformed Gnosis version of Andrew Cherenkov. It is accompanied by two Oudogogues, and will power itself up when each of them is killed, making it more likely to use Boost.
It uses Obsidian Claw to deal physical damage and reduce physical defense, and Hell's Lance to do ether damage. Additionally, while the Oudogogues are alive, Gargoyle has an ability that deals no damage but inflicts Lost, a psychic status that prevents its target from using Ether.
