Freezinate (ヒエヒエだも, Chilly-Chilly) is one of Riki's ether Battle Arts in Xenoblade Chronicles. It involves him spewing a chunk of ice at the enemy that inflicts chill.

Overview

Freezinate is a cheap and fast art, made for spamming as soon as the chill it applies expires (using it too early will reset the debuff and waste some of the first use's duration). It doesn't do much damage but can be used a lot of times and can needle the enemy down for almost the entire battle. Because it's so fast to recharge, it's especially good to combo with Say Sorry.
