False Rumor is a Merc Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is received automatically after talking to Iannus for the first time in Torigoth Relay Base during the Blade Quest Crystal Clear. The mission requires 20 minutes to be completed, down to 5 minutes by dispatching Blades with enough levels of the suggested Field Skills.
