Evelen is the eleventh Nopon of the Ponspector brigade in Future Connected. She can be found near Zephyr's Counsel, and will join the party once the quest Evelen on the Edge is completed.

Evelen is found by the lake in Cinnabar Plateau near the Cragmaw Caverns exit, having stopped there upon finishing her survey work to have a snack, only to drop it in the lake.
