This article is about the area in the main game. For the area in Future Redeemed, see Erythia Sea (FR).

Erythia Sea (エルティア (かい)) is an area in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. It features a vast ocean with many islands. A ship can be used to traverse it.

Daedal Isle[edit]

Daedal Isle is composed of outer sections and inner sections. The south shore can be accessed by sea, while the northern outer portion of the island is can only be accessed by travelling through the inner section. The centre internal island can be accessed from the northern cliff, and it has a Legacy of the Seven monument.

The inner section has very large, high level land enemies like Gogols, and Darbus, and more high level, but physically much smaller, aquatic enemies in the inner pond like Moglums, Mergina, and Quardun/Quarmu. During thunderstorms, less Gogol spawn, and more Darbus appear in their place.

The south shore has a large population of Camill and Gulkin, especially near the Tengate ruins.

The northern section changes heavily in thunderstorm. Normally, Taos appear here, including the unique monster Ragemaw Tempeldo. During thunderstorm, a high level Darbus unique monster appears here, called Slack-Jawed Zephal, and there are dead Taos husks on the ground.
