Ein Rugel is a boss in Xenosaga Episode I - Der Wille zur Macht. It is a transformed version of the Blue Testament.
It has an ability that blocks use of the 
button for all party members, preventing Tech Attacks. It also has an attack that inflicts Slow on all party members.
After it loses its health it transforms into its second form, the Doppelwogel. Note that both Doppelwogel and Ein Rugel have rare items to steal, meaning that it's useful to steal from this form before moving on to the next.

Trivia[edit]
- Ein Rugel can be seen behind Voyager in a flashback prior to fighting the Gargoyle.
- Despite this, the Ein Rugel is not fought or seen during the final battle of Xenosaga: Pied Piper.
