E.S. Joseph is an E.S. unit that appears in the Xenosaga series. It possessed by Ormus and is piloted by Hermann.
Description[edit]
Joseph is an E.S. unit possessed by Ormus and piloted by Hermann. It specializes in close-range combat using a giant club as a weapon. It always works alongside the E.S. unit Gad, and takes on a defensive role for the Gad, which has light armor.
Story[edit]
Piloting Joseph, Hermann confronts the party when they arrive on Michtam along with Richard and his E.S., Gad. Upon being defeated, its Vessel of Anima is retrieved by Voyager's E.S., Dan. Joseph is destroyed along with the other E.S. by Joshua when Zarathustra goes out of control with its left leg being assimilated into Joshua.
