Cyua is a Japanese vocalist that often collaborates with Hiroyuki Sawano. She appears as the singer for Wir fliegen and z15f20i12e09l14d in Xenoblade Chronicles X.
Biography[edit]
Not much is known about Cyua's past, other than the fact that she gained recognition in her highschool days because she was a model for the Gekkan Audition magazine. After graduating highschool, she devoted herself to music, starting with perfomances around Japan in clubs, cafés and multiple Gakuen-sai (学園祭) (university festivals).
In 2001, she successfully auditioned to become the singer of the independent rock band FILTRIKE, however, the band split in 2005. In 2004, she participated as a guest vocalist for the band ZUNTATA, and continued collaborating with them. In 2007 she founded her current band BETTA SLASH with TAMAYO (Kawamoto Tamayo), the composer of ZUNTATA. In 2009, she collaborated with Hiroyuki Sawano for the first time in his album musica.
