The Crayfish[1] is a ship in Xenosaga Episode II - Jenseits von Gut und Böse. It is the ship used to launch the E.S. Asher during the introductory cutscene of the game.
Description[edit]
Described as an "amphibious assault ship", the Crayfish is equipped with a heat-resistant base that makes it capable of penetrating the atmosphere from space. It has a hanger in its fuselage specifically catered for launching crafts such as the E.S. Asher for landing operations on various planets. It is named "Crayfish" for its unique shape having resemblance to the claws of a crustacean. [1]
