Collectible (XCX)
- This article is about collectibles in Xenoblade Chronicles X. For collectibles in other games, see Collectible (disambiguation).
Collectibles are items in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They are randomly obtained by picking up blue item diamonds that are spread across Mira. Each continent has its own set of collectibles, which can be found anywhere on the continent and in the waters surrounding it.
Unlike Materials, collectibles cannot be purchased for Reward Tickets, so the player will have to explore Mira thoroughly and be lucky enough to find all the items they need. It is also possible to get Collectibles by getting Scout Rewards and (in the Definitive Edition) raising a Scout to the level 3 reward, although these requires other players and are relatively much slower ways to get collectibles.
Collectibles have several purposes.
- They can be sold to shops for credits. (If the player has 99 of one collectible and obtains another one, the player will instead get its value in credits. When this happens, it will not count for Squad Tasks relating to collectibles).
- They can be added to the Collectopedia. Only one copy of each collectible may be added. Filling in the Collectopedia grants rewards of Battle Points (BP), Holofigures, and Data Probes.
- They can be used to complete the various missions in the game.
- Collecting specific types contributes to BLADE Missions, allowing Squad Missions to be unlocked.
Collectibles are split into ten different categories. Registering all items in a category for a continent will give 5 BP and a holofigure per category per continent. Registering all items in a category for all continents will give 16 BP per category.

The fastest way to get collectibles is to use a Skell. The vehicle form allows it to move quickly around the world, and the collection radius is much larger. Moreover, once all collection points in an area have been exhausted, they can quickly be refreshed by exiting the Skell and using the menu to reenter it.
