Worried for the children[edit]
Rex
Hey, that's Lettina...
Crossette
I wonder what's wrong. We should go talk to her.
The scene fades to black for a moment. When it fades in again, the group is now talking to Lettina.
Crossette
Has something happened?
Lettina
It's the children... The three of them went out to play at the edge of the village, but haven't come back yet...
Rex
Is that Nascion, Arrin, and Erina you're talking about?
Lettina
That's right, Rex.
Crossette
Are those the kids we spoke to before?
Rex
Yeah, that's right.
Crossette
That's a little worrying, huh... We'll have to find them, quick!
C'mon everyone, let's get a move on!
C'mon everyone, let's get a move on!
Crossette rushes off.
Lettina
Rex, hey, hold up a minute.
Rex
What's up?
Lettina
I, um... It's my husband, too... He went to look for the kids and never came back, either...
Rex
Raimond, too?!
Tora
This very bad news...
Rex
We really do have to find them quick.
Tora
Ms. Lettina, any idea where could Raimond and littlepon go?
Lettina
The kids said they were going to play in the direction of Ysheva Harbor, so you might have a look there...
Rex
Got it. It's just the next island over.
Nia
No time to waste then, Rex.
Rex
Agreed!
Look for Nascion and Raimond[edit]
Crossette
There's a man lying there!
Nia
Is that the father...?
Rex
Yeah... I think it must be Raimond.
The scene fades to black for a moment. When it fades in again, Raimond has regained consciousness.
Poppi α
Is friend OK?
Raimond
Oh, aye, thanks... I think I'll pull through.
Rex
Raimond, do you know where Nascion and the others have got to?
Raimond
Architect, you're right... We have to save the kids...!
Mòrag
You sit back and let us take charge.
Zeke
Yeah, we'll get 'em back for ya. Zekenator's honor.
Raimond
Th-thank you...
Nascion, Arrin, and Erina got taken captive by some Ignas...
Nascion, Arrin, and Erina got taken captive by some Ignas...
Mythra
Ignas?
Rex
First time I've heard of any Ignas round these parts...
Raimond
Aye, they're not native to here. Must've come from some other Titan...
Mòrag
It would seem best to drive them out before it's too late.
Zeke
D'you know where those Igna lowlifes took them?
Raimond
I do.
They were headed towards the Isle of Urchon.
They were headed towards the Isle of Urchon.
Crossette
Got it! Let's go! Come on, guys, hup to it! We gotta move! Now!
Go to the Isle of Urchon[edit]
Nia
Heads up. Ignas, at twelve o'clock.
Tora
Look like Nascion and others are with them also.
Rex
They don't look like any tribe I've ever seen...
Mòrag
Could they have banded together to organize their actions...?
Poppi α
Poppi also see Blade silhouette.
Nia
They've got Blades now?!
Mòrag
If an Igna with potential touches a Core Crystal, a Blade will be awakened. It's not unheard of.
Zeke
What it is, though, is a bloody nuisance.
Crossette
Nascion and the others are in major danger...
We...we have to do something...!
We...we have to do something...!
Crossette
Let those children go, you jerkfaces!!!
Crossette rushes toward the Ignas.
Mythra
Crossette, wait!
An Igna notices Crossette, signaling to the children to cross to another island.
Tora
That Igna surprisingly good at giving direction... Tone was firm, yet commanding...
Zeke
We should be giving them a beating, not an ego boost!
Rex
C'mon, let's back Crossette up!
The scene fades to black for a moment. When it fades in again, the party has joined back with Crossette.
Crossette
Sorry, guys... It looks like I spooked them...
Nia
Don't worry about that now, Crossette. It's time to kick some lizard tail.
Mòrag
Indeed. There will be time enough for introspection later.
Defeat the Scram Igna and its allies[edit]
Crossette
I really am so, so sorry...
I just couldn't stand the thought of the children getting hurt, so I sorta rushed in...
I just couldn't stand the thought of the children getting hurt, so I sorta rushed in...
Rex
Well, while I do think that kindness and passion are some of your best qualities, Crossette, it was, uh...
Mythra
What Rex is trying to say is, you gotta think of the consequences. We had a chance to save the kids, and we blew it.
Crossette
I know, I know... I'll reflect on my behavior...
Nia
Ah, don't beat yourself up. We'll get 'em next time for sure.
But we will have to find them first...
But we will have to find them first...
Zeke
Damn straight.
Rex
They looked like they were headed for the Lud Cloudway...
Tora
They long gone now though.
Mòrag
We will have to conduct a thorough search.
Crossette
Right! And we'd better get started NOW!
...Uh, I mean, slow and steady! Yep, slooooow and steady... Breathe, Crossette, breathe...
...Uh, I mean, slow and steady! Yep, slooooow and steady... Breathe, Crossette, breathe...
Mythra
This'll end in tears, won't it?
Off With a Bang[edit]
Crossette
There!
The Ignas have brought the children to a dead end inside the Cloudway and are cornering them.
Crossette
There they are!
Rex
Found you at last.
Mythra
Crossette? Let's try not to mess this up again, all right?
Crossette
Fine, I get it...
No running in alone this time, I promise...
No running in alone this time, I promise...
Mythra
We'll see about that.
Zeke
Three dogsbodies...one bossman... And a Blade...
Looks like they've beefed up the security. They've got this place locked down.
Looks like they've beefed up the security. They've got this place locked down.
Mòrag
All right. What approach would you suggest, then...?
Nia
Well, for one thing, they've nowhere to run. Let's hit 'em first and hit 'em hard.
Crossette
I like that plan!
Zeke
Well, no surprises there...
Crossette
Hey, I thought it over carefully!
Mòrag
I cannot recommend that course.
Nia
Why's that?
Mòrag
We're in the open. No matter our speed, it's pointless.
The instant they catch sight of us, they can move on the children.
The instant they catch sight of us, they can move on the children.
Crossette
I bet they would, the louts.
Rex
Hmm... Are we sure about that?
Mòrag
They see them as nothing but food. Whether they're alive or dead it makes no difference.
Nia
So what *do* we do?
Crossette
Could we lure them away somehow?
Mòrag
Their leader knew to post sentries at strategic locations... They seem too disciplined to fall for it.
Zeke
Agreed.
Rex
Mythra, could you take that one?
Mythra
I've run the ballistics, but no. He's too close to the children.
Rex
Oh, right...
Nascion
I've had it! If you think you can eat me you're dead wrong!
The Igna boss and its lackeys encroach on the children, before raising its weapon, letting out a howl, ordering a sword and shield wielding Igna to attack Nascion.
The Igna does so, hitting Nascion who falls to the ground.
The Igna does so, hitting Nascion who falls to the ground.
Crossette
How could you...?!
Crossette begins to rush toward the Ignas.
Nia
Hey, now hold on...
Crossette
I can't just stand here and watch!
Zeke
Same old, same old...
Rex
I guess we're all going then!
The party follows behind Crossette, who summons her bitball and hits it toward the Ignas.
The Bitball hits its mark on both sentries, defeating them as Crossette passes by them and recovers it.
The Bitball hits its mark on both sentries, defeating them as Crossette passes by them and recovers it.
Crossette
Take this...!
She throws the weapon once again toward the Ignas, distracting them and allowing her to get inbetween them and the children.
Rex
Crossette!
Rex and the party have joined back with Crossette.
Crossette
Oh no, I'm sorry! Looks like I did it again...
Pyra
Nah, don't worry too much. And look, you did manage to give us a way in.
Mòrag
Yes, it was a most clever distraction.
Pyra
And anyway, it's not like I wouldn't have done the exact same thing, y'know?
Crossette
Oh, my hero...
Pyra
There's no time to waste. Let's get these children back home!
Crossette
Yeah!
The Igna boss answers them with a yell of its own.
Defeat the Gigalid Igna and its allies[edit]
Nascion
Rex! Thanks, Rex! And thanks, Rex's girl Blade friends!
Crossette
You're welcome!
Pyra
I'm glad everyone's all right.
Arrin
Yep!
Nascion
For a second there I thought we were all gonna be Igna lunch...
But when I saw this lady rushing to save us on the Isle of Urchon, I realized we had to keep fighting!
But when I saw this lady rushing to save us on the Isle of Urchon, I realized we had to keep fighting!
Crossette
Aww, that's so nice...
Zeke
So something good even came out of the part we thought was an unmitigated disaster, eh?
Mòrag
Indeed... It gave the lad the hope he needed.
Nia
All right, let's get moving now. We have to get the kids home.
Rex
You're right. Onwards to Fonsett!
Crossette
Yes, sir!
Speak with Lettina[edit]
Lettina
Oh, my sweet babies... I'm so happy to see you!
Nascion
Hi, Mum!
Arrin
Mummy!!!
Lettina
Oh... *sniff, sniffle* Don't ever scare me like that again, all right?
The scene fades to black for a moment.
Lettina
My family's back together, all thanks to you.
I don't know how I'll ever repay you. How would you like to stay for dinner?
It'll be a bit thrown-together, but you'll be the guests of honor!
I don't know how I'll ever repay you. How would you like to stay for dinner?
It'll be a bit thrown-together, but you'll be the guests of honor!
Rex
Well, if you insist! I don't think we can turn down a hot meal.
Tora
Tora so hungry, could eat meal of any temperature between freezing and scalding and not say word!
Pyra
Here, let me give you a hand.
Crossette
I'll help out too!
The scene fades to black for a moment again. Pyra and Crossette are talking together, with the former's Driver nearby.
Pyra
You did great out there today, Crossette.
Crossette
No, no, you know that's not true...
I lost my head and charged in without thinking, and ended up just making more trouble for everyone...
I lost my head and charged in without thinking, and ended up just making more trouble for everyone...
Rex
We all make mistakes, though. I don't think we could've done it without you, Crossette.
Especially that last part! If you hadn't stepped in, we'd have been in real hot water.
Especially that last part! If you hadn't stepped in, we'd have been in real hot water.
Nia
You might have messed up a bit, but without you there, Crossette, I don't think we could've done it.
When it came to rescuing Nascion, we'd have been stumped without you.
When it came to rescuing Nascion, we'd have been stumped without you.
Mòrag
Admittedly, mistakes were made. However, it is an undisputable fact that the children owe you their lives.
As I said before, it was perfectly crafted diversionary tactic that you deployed.
As I said before, it was perfectly crafted diversionary tactic that you deployed.
Zeke
So you made a blunder! Big whoop. I tell you this: Without you, even the Zekenator would've been at wits' end.
And especially when it came to the final push, you were a great asset to the operation, Crossette!
And especially when it came to the final push, you were a great asset to the operation, Crossette!
Pyra
That's right.
It's all thanks to your fierce and caring heart.
It's all thanks to your fierce and caring heart.
Crossette
Ohhhhhh, Pyra! My hero!!!
Does this mean I'm more like you now?
Does this mean I'm more like you now?
Pyra
Uhm... Yes, well, maybe by a degree or two?
Crossette
Oh, what? That's it?!
I can't believe my hero would tease me like that...
Rex
Hahahah!
Nia
Yep, you really handed it to 'em! Haha!
Mòrag
And it was quite a spectable indeed...
Zeke
Bwahahahaha!
Crossette
Next time I'll try even harder, so you'll HAVE to acknowledge me as an equal!
