Breaking Ground is a quest in Future Redeemed. It is the capstone quest of the game, only accessible after having completed every other (standard) quest and having found every City survivor. It is initiated by approaching the Ruined Tower Square.

The group effort made it possible to bring the Armories back up to spec. They're sure to be flying the coop in the not-too-distant future...

Rex, Mickey, Matthew, Dillon, Lottie and Clarity are fixing another armory. Ruben, Axel, Finley, Searle and a pillar of Nopon consisting of Guguru, Babalulu, Jilljill and Burrburr are working on the biggest armory while Tiny Timtim and Bobobi are taking a walk. Glimmer, Eow, Cummings, Peridot, Linka, Jethro and Kayleigh inspecting a Kevesi Auxilia and an Agnian Avis. And lastly, A, Lui, Harby, Saomi, Hyzen, Cathy and Janus talking together.
