It is received at night from Thephilly at Theospiti Temple Ruins in Theosoir, Kingdom of Tantal, upon reaching development level 2 for Tantal. The mission requires 50 minutes to be completed, down to 12 minutes by dispatching Blades with enough levels of the suggested Field Skills.
