Blade - Those Who Know Fear is Disc 3, Track 8 on the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Original Soundtrack and Disc 14, Track 8 on the Xenoblade Chronicles Original Soundtrack Trinity Box.
Its melody uses motifs from Off-Seer - Noah's B section at 0:37 and 2:18, and from Off-Seer - Mio's B section at 1:43. The melody at the start also appears in Off-Seer, A Life Overflowing, and Feelings Risen to the Sky.

- Riku convinces Noah to take up Lucky Seven as a Blade in a flashback in Chapter 2.
- Jeremy and Laszlo respectively confront and thank Mio and Sena after Colony 4's Flame Clock is destroyed in Chapter 3.
- Lanz and Taion have a heart-to-heart about cautiousness vs. acting quickly in Chapter 3.
- Lanz and Riku argue over doodads and Joran in Chapter 4.
- The party looks over a mass of husks from the City in Chapter 5.
- Eunie talks with Monica about having seen her own husk in Chapter 5.
- Mio tries to convince Ghondor to help them defeat Moebius in Chapter 5.
- M tells Mio why she wants to end her own existence in a flashback in Chapter 6.
- Mio tells the party about the Cloudkeep and the status of the Queen of Agnus in Chapter 6.
