Beneath the Cloud Sea is a Merc Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is received automatically upon reaching development level 5 for Uraya and after reaching Alba Cavanich for the first time. The mission requires two hours to be completed, down to 30 minutes by dispatching Blades with enough levels of the suggested Field Skills.
