そびえ立つ帝国の層壁、トランペットから始まり、次に弦とダルシマーのメロディが鳴ります。マッシヴ・アタックの「Unfinished Sympathy」を練り歩く軍隊のイメージで作曲しました。全然曲違いますが(笑)。そして当時海外の歴史物『三銃士」などがマイブームで、無意識に世界観が歴史風に。ダルシマーは昔持っていたのですが、調弦の難しさゆえ演奏するまで至らず。この曲はぜひ演奏してみたいのですが。
