Abyss
The literal translation is "deep chasm."
This word can be defined as a "deep hole" or it can also be a reference to Hell.
The in-game reference is to a double black hole which appeared in Old Miltian space.

It was so named to reflect the special property of black holes; if you ever come near one, you will never be able to get out.

天の車を深く沈めたと言われる場所として登場する。Abyssは直訳すれば「深淵」「奈落の底」となるが、ここでは旧ミルチア宙域に発生した二重ブラックホールのことを示す。

It manifests as the place where Proto Merkabah is said to have sunk deep. The literal Japanese meaning of "abyss" is "深淵 shin'en" (abyss/deep chasm) or "奈落の底 naraku no soko" (depths of hades), but here, it refers to the double black hole that emerged in Old Miltia's region of space.

Abyss
