A Life Become Distant is Disc 5, Track 4 on the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Original Soundtrack and Disc 16, Track 4 on the Xenoblade Chronicles Original Soundtrack Trinity Box. It uses a motif modified from Off-Seer - Noah's B section at 0:04.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3[edit]

  • Mio breaks down over her limited time remaining in Chapter 4.
  • Sena has a moment of insecurity as the party flees Keves Castle at the start of Chapter 5.
  • Monica tells the party about the City's conservative faction in the Memorial Hall in Chapter 5.
  • Two of Noah's and Mio's early incarnations fall in battle against Z in a flashback at the start of Chapter 6.
  • Mio brushes Miyabi off after the latter asks how flute practice is going in a flashback during Side Story: Mio.
  • The party re-affirms their goal of moving towards the future before heading out in the Bravery in Chapter 7.

「悲しみ」という感情を音楽で引き出すとき、 その中には刹那さ、怒り、混乱、 虚無感など、色んな感情も一緒に 緻密に含まれて「悲しみ」というひとつの大きな感情を作っているということを、 この曲に限らず今作のアレンジ を担当する際も感じていました。 悲しみをテーマにした曲はたくさん出てきますが、 この曲はそのいくつかの小さ な感情に少しだけスポットライトを当てながら、できるだけ繊細に表現できるよう心がけました。
